Food safety statement

Our packaging is manufactured to EU and FDA regulatory standards for manufacturing. Manufacturing is fully certified food-grade. 

We confirm our packaging meets the US Code of Federal Regulations, Title 21, Part 10-199: Indirect Food Additives: Polymers.

We confirm that our packaging is manufactured according to good manufacturing practices in accordance with European Regulation (EC) 2023/2006. The products comply with the relevant Articles of regulation (EC) 1935/2004 and regulation 10/2011 on materials and articles intended to come into contact with foodstuffs. 

We confirm that the overall migration limits, as well as the specific migration limits of substances used in the manufacture of our products are fully respected and are within the limits set out by the EU and FDA. 

Mutagenic, carcinogenic or toxic to reproduction substances have not been used in the production of this material, in accordance with the criteria set out in Annex I to Regulation (EC) 1272/2008.
